Cancellation and Refund policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product that you have purchased from urthy.in

Under this policy:
(i) Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order, or before the order is shipped. For easier service from our end, kindly also send a whatsapp message to +91 9820037951
If we have already shipped out the material, or the product is out for delivery, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
(ii) Urthy does not accept cancellation requests for items that have been opened & used - However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of
the product delivered is sub-standard.
(iii) In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team via whatsapp +91 9820037951 along with images of the damaged product. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
(iv) In case of complaints regarding the products wrt their warranty, please refer the issue to us
(v) In case of any refunds approved by Urthy, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
