Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India. We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above a specified minimum order value (as displayed on our website).
5. Handling of Liquid Products All our cleaning liquids and sanitizers are carefully packaged to prevent leakage during transit. Despite our best efforts, if you receive a damaged or leaking shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempt(s). After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
